There is a human-in-the-loop after the AI makes a decision. Although LLM accuracy is increasing exponentially, as of today we cannot be 100% confident of the decisions.

Every single bullet point that goes into each new tailored resume only comes from your extended resume that has already been validated by you.And every single data point that goes into each new auto-filled application only comes from your new tailored resume for that job posting.Every single synonym that is switched out to match with the job description is done through a human-verified list. Opener uses visual LLMs and multiple layers of AI evaluators to ensure that it can recognize components such as input boxes, dropdown menus, modals, and etc. on any type of form, even if it has never seen a certain type of form previously.

With Teal, it will take you 10-15 minutes to create each new tailored resume, we automate that process, bring the time down to 0 minutes, while maintaining the resume factualness.
